Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. A starter kit of supplies is provided for your first day, but washcloths are not included. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Please keep household items inside the house and turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
