The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private condo and the building's exceptional resort-style amenities. The primary guest on the reservation must be 21+ and must be the first person to check in at the front desk. To respect our neighbors, loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit. We are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the check-in. The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must also be the main guest. The main guest must be the first to arrive at the reception for check-in. Guests under 21 years old cannot be designated as the main guest. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost.
