You will enjoy ample space, a warm and relaxed environment, antique wooden floors, accent colors, adjustable A/C, smart TV. There is a one time pet cleaning fee of $99 to be charged per pet, and a reimbursable pet security deposit of $250 per pet. - Coin laundry available in the premises (inside the property). - If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we'll do our best. - We ask that guests be considerate of noise levels.
