A smartphone is required, and the app must be downloaded before arrival. Without a smartphone, check-in is not possible. A starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper and other basic items, is provided. Guests staying longer may need to restock as needed. All amenities are available to guests; however, certain amenities or areas may occasionally be closed due to events, maintenance, or weather-related issues.
