By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10-15 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 25-minute drive. We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover 3 blocks away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Early/late options may be available upon inquiry. Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are expected post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests are allowed without prior approval, and violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed, and any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
