Her entitled development was ultimately developed as L’Atelier; She also developed Azure Condominium, a luxury Condominium in Surfside, and the 175-room Marriot Residence Inn in Surfside.
Coltrane's current development involvement is the anticipated mixed-use condominium development in North Beach, planned for the corner of Collins and 72nd Street. It will be a first brand new development of its kind in Miami Beach administered by a well-known lifestyle operator. It will have 20,000 SF of ground-floor retail, condominium residences and micro units that will permit short term rentals.
