One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is just a short drive from local highlights, including a 5-minute drive to USF, 8 minutes to MOSI, 11 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes to Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes to Lettuce Lake Park. The apartment is also conveniently located near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. A late check-out is not permitted, unless coordinated in advance, and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
