There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
