A free washer and dryer in the unit add an extra layer of convenience for longer stays. The apartment also features a large living area and a small patio with outdoor seating for two. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed (3) per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
