Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this home offers easy driving to local parks and attractions. The University of South Florida is a 5-minute drive, MOSI is 8 minutes away, Busch Gardens Tampa is reachable in 11 minutes, and Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are each about a 10–13 minute drive. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
