Feel at home in this simply designed paradise unit, perfect for a weekend escape or a long-term stay. Located on the second floor, this spacious and cozy apartment features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, dining areas, a comfy living area, and a patio with outdoor seating for two. You'll also have access to a free washer and dryer. Enjoy access to the community pool and a nearby gym. Three visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. The apartment is conveniently located near several attractions, including USF (5 min - 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min - 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa Drive (11 min - 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park Drive (10 min - 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park Drive (13 min - 5.9 mi). Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
