Located on the first floor, this spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. This apartment features a comfy living area, a full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals, and dining areas. There are four queen bedrooms with four full bathrooms. You can also enjoy the free washer and dryer. Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and a Pet Waste Pick-up fee is $50.00 per occurrence. This apartment is conveniently located near several attractions, including USF (2.2 miles), MOSI (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 miles). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
