The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. The property offers access to a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. The apartment is strategically located with easy access to various attractions. USF is just 5 minutes away, MOSI is 8 minutes away, and Busch Gardens Tampa is an 11-minute drive. Enjoy the nearby Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park, both within a short drive. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads.
