The apartment offers access to community amenities like a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, and walking/biking trail. Parking is available in spaces labeled "Visitor" throughout the community, with a maximum of three vehicles per reservation. Nestled in the pristine neighborhood of Tampa Palms, this apartment offers suburban residential streets blended with urban charm. Just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, you are a short drive from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $350. The apartment is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided, along with a coffee maker, though coffee is not included. Pets are not allowed, and there is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside or outside the property. A maximum of eight guests is allowed, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and one of the guests staying. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 6 AM. Dispose of trash properly to avoid fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited, and the reservation may be terminated without refund if rules are violated.
