Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Number of vehicles on property should not exceed three per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible.
