A free washer and dryer are available in the unit. Community amenities include a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and a grill area for casual barbecues. A one-time pet fee of $150 is required per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A late check-out is not permitted, unless coordinated in advance, and is susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
