Welcome and feel at home in this comfortable first-floor retreat in a gated community, perfect for relaxed group stays near Tampa-area attractions. This 4-bedroom, 4-bath unit sleeps 8 and offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The living area is spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably, with room to unwind, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities. A dining area and breakfast nook connect seamlessly to the kitchen, making shared meals easy and informal. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has its own full bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience for each guest. Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, and outdoor facilities such as a basketball court, grill areas, and walking or biking trails. This apartment is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances and breeds. There is also an un-leashed pet fee of $50 per occurrence and a pet waste pick-up fee of $50 per occurrence. Located in Lutz, this apartment offers a calm home base with convenient access to Tampa-area highlights, including USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens, and nearby parks. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation, and you can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
