Located on the 1st floor, this spacious yet cozy apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. This 1st floor unit features four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, dining areas, and a community pool. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are labeled "Visitor." Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. Conveniently located, you're just 5 minutes from USF, 8 minutes from MOSI, 11 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes from Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes from Lettuce Lake Park. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations, and staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
