Located in Tampa Palms, a neighborhood 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is near the Florida Aquarium, restaurants, and the Tampa Riverwalk. The location provides easy driving access to parks, museums, and entertainment options in the surrounding Tampa area. University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island are a short drive away. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. A late check-out is susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
