The large living area can accommodate the entire family, and a breakfast nook is located in the kitchen. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is located near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 2.2 miles away, MOSI is 4.2 miles away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 4.5 miles away, Takomah Trail Park is 5.1 miles away and Lettuce Lake Park is 5.9 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
