The living room comfortably seats everyone and the full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals. A free washer and dryer are in-unit. Enjoy access to the community pool, clubhouse lounge with grill, fitness center, basketball court, and walking trail. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is a short drive from the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and Tampa Riverwalk. It's also near the University of South Florida (5 minutes), the Museum of Science & Industry (8 minutes), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the apartment and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
