The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
