Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse lounge, fitness center with gym, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. The location puts you within a short drive of the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
