Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. The pool is serviced weekly, and during inclement weather, use is not advised. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this townhome is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Storey Lake Resort is a gated community offering convenient access to fine dining, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. The community clubhouse features a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Renting a car is recommended for exploring Orlando and Kissimmee, with free designated parking available at the property. Self check-in and check-out are available, with check-out time at 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Furniture should not be moved, and any damages must be reported immediately. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, with the reservation holder required to be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.
