Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If the furniture is not returned to its original position, an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of the extra time and effort required to rearrange the furniture.
