For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. Pool heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required.
