If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this home is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations, all within a short distance. It's 23 minutes from MCO Airport, 2 minutes to Hwy 192, 4 minutes to Walmart, 10 minutes to International Drive and Orlando Premium Outlets, and 5 minutes to Starbucks. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
