Up to two cars can park in front of the unit in the parking lot. We welcome one house-trained dog with written notification and approval, and a pet fee is applied. Located right in the heart of Kissimmee, this home is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Situated in Storey Lake Resort, a gated master-planned resort community, it offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure.
