The property welcomes one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during these times. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, and report any damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. The property offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.
