Up to two cars can park in front of the unit in the parking lot. We welcome one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified) with written notification and approval. A pet fee is applied and is subject to up to $150 security deposit. Located right in the heart of Kissimmee, this home is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations, all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time.
