With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and room for 11 guests, it's the perfect escape just 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. The stairway and bedrooms feature plush carpeting, and the townhome includes 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 1 full-size bed, and 3 twin-size beds. Parking is convenient with free spots available, but note that street parking is not allowed. The townhome is equipped with central amenities, including linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and complimentary cable and internet. Starter supplies such as paper towels, dish sponges, dish detergent, trash bags, and a fresh roll of toilet paper in each bathroom are provided. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in all full bathrooms. As a self-catering house, guests are encouraged to stock up on additional items from the nearby supermarket. Pool heat is available for $50.00 per day and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in for the entire stay. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
