This centrally located property offers comfort and convenience for families and travel parties, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. This luxurious home is designed to make your Disney dream a reality. The loft living room is perfect for family gatherings, and you can enjoy friendly games of pool, air hockey, or foosball. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare meals for your family. Sheets and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies. The property features a private screened-in pool, Jacuzzi, and a covered lanai with patio furniture. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. Our grill is available for a one-time rental fee, which includes one propane tank. Situated in Storey Lake Resort, one of the newest resort communities in Orlando/Kissimmee, this property offers easy access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. The resort amenities include a 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool with a kids' splash area, a lazy river, a tiki bar, and more. This property is not suitable for parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only registered guests can stay overnight, and the use of charcoal grills is strictly prohibited, with a potential fine of up to $500 for violations. The pool heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions and requires at least 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. A third party runs the resort facilities, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
