Before real estate, she thrived as a territory manager, sharpening her skills in sales, branding, and relationship building. She transitioned into real estate in 2017 and quickly stood out—earning “Rookie of the Year” in 2018 and becoming her brokerage’s No. 1 agent in sales by 2020, the same year she became a licensed broker.
Now the owner of her own brokerage, Meshell continues to raise the bar with her full-service approach. Her offerings include marketing, renovation guidance, home staging, and brokerage services—tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. As a lifelong local, she brings in-depth knowledge of St. Johns, Duval, and Clay counties, helping clients navigate everything from first homes and luxury properties to land deals and investment opportunities.
