The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a slide-in gas range, white quartz counters, soft-close cabinets and a restaurant-style faucet. The living room has a brick (nonworking) aesthetic fireplace and a large front-facing sunroom. The unit has a top-of-the-line Samsung washer/dryer included. Hardwoord floors throughout entire unit. Water and trash are paid for in the rent! Please be aware this unit is in a building built in the 1920's and has limited closet space.
