This is a 55 + resort style community with scheduled and free activities daily. If you fall out the door you will find friends. There is a monthly news paper providing current and future events, building news, classified articles and commercial events in the area. Quiet time is from 10pm- 8am. All services are provided, trash/ recycling, water, power, Summit cable and outside maintenance. The house has all basic cooking supplies, cleaning starter supplies and laundromat steps away. Ths lease must be 6 months or more.The kitchen has a 24 cu.ft side by side with filtered ice maker. Like new oven and countertop range. The designated parking spot is in front of the unit. There are entry gates which all commercial and visitors are expected to stop for regeristration. There is no smoking in the home or on building community porch. A small dog is acceptable if declared on lease and vet checked innoculations, weighing less then 35 lbs. the property has a very active dog park on premises. The area is surrounded by Dunedin, a small Scottish town. Safety Harbor, famous for their healing springs and locally famous Tarpon Springs Greek village. Almost every friday is a craft/ music festival in one of the towns. We have our own farmers marked ever other week and food trucks on some weeknds at the pool. Living and working in "On Top of the World" is ofter referred to a "Land Cruise of pleasure"
