Our home is very spacious (~2,000 sq. ft.) with lots of natural light, a small backyard patio, and large kitchen. We have solar-powered, central AC and an extra half bath on the first floor. Other house features include in-unit washer and dryer and a large basement for storage space. About the neighborhood: We love this neighborhood and our friendly neighbors. We are right around the corner from great dining options like Maketto, Daru, Copycat Co, Stable, and more! Lincoln Park, Kingman Park, and Stanton Park are also a quick walk away. We are walking distance from several bus lines (D20, D24, D2X, D26, C43, C41), several Capital Bikeshare stations, and are a quick bike/bus ride to Union Station, NoMA/Gallaudet, Eastern Market, and Potomac Ave. There is also ample residential street parking (Zone 6/6A/6B)
