We are a nice family with a dog who are looking to rent our basement apartment. The apartment is large and has a dishwasher and washer dryer. It is one bedroom with an L-shaped living room that can be used for dining as well or sectioned off to make another bedroom. Everything is included: electric, gas, water, Internet. We have a large yard and a pool available in the summer. We are looking for someone who is quiet and honest. If you’re looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. We are good landlords, and take care of things that break right away. If you are looking for a nice clean quiet place to live- Come and check us out.
