Upon entering, you'll see colorful curtains in the windows of the living room, a brand new loveseat, and a 55" HD TV that is Roku enabled. The unit is filled with natural lighting, thanks to the corner windows with bench seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, coffee, creamer, full-sized oven, range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with utensils, plates, and cookware. Next to the refrigerator is a combination washer/dryer, with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The bathroom, located through the kitchen, includes amenities like shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and plenty of towels. The semi-steep custom wooden stairs lead to the loft bedroom, which has a Queen bed, dresser, extra pillows, and blankets. The loft has an open railing with a partition for added privacy and light blocking. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and its own heat and air conditioning. You may park on the street or in the parking lot to the left of the building. Although signs indicate 2-hour parking, they are not enforced. Park along the building's wall with the flower mural. For guests staying two weeks or more, mid-stay cleaning services are available, including a refresh of essential supplies. A check-in form and agreement are required after booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth stay. Respect reservation times, as cleaning and maintenance are scheduled around check-in and out times. No smoking of any substance is permitted in the house or on the property, with a $350 fee for violations. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per instance, plus cleaning costs.
