Foothills Neighborhood

The Foothills neighborhood is located in Littleton, Colorado. It is a great rural neighborhood that is located in an open area with a large amount of recreational activities. It is a great neighborhood for families as it has public schools nearby the neighborhood, making it easy for parents to make sure their children get to school. The neighborhood is nearby a golf course and parks making the scenery around the neighborhood gorgeous.

This neighborhood is perfect for those that live an active life due to the many different recreational facilities within the immediate area that are great for people of all ages. The area is known as the Foothills Recreation District. There are over 13 miles of trails that are perfect for jogging, hiking, or nature walks. Meadows Golf Club is located right outside of the neighborhood and is a great place for the residents of the neighborhood to go for a nice game of golf. The golf course has 18 holes that are set in the natural beauty of the area. The course also offers visitors a driving range and a pro shop. There are instructional opportunities and rental equipment available at the golf course. Edge Ice Arena is a great location for many different activities including ice skating, hockey, and figure skating. The ice arena also has instructional opportunities.

Shopping and dining is quite slim in the immediate area, however, there are several different locations in the area that are frequented by the residents of the neighborhood. Wal-Mart is a popular store that is close to the neighborhood that is perfect for most shopping needs. Wal-Mart has a lot of different products that span across several departments. Some of the different places to eat at in the area include Sushi King, Subway, and Pickle’s Deli.
