Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

Sherman is very close to Swedish Medical Center as well as several other smaller facilities. Our newly renovated apartments are roomy and stylish and all yours - we do not offer shared spaces! All of these units feature full size appliances, are fully furnished, and include utilities.
Each unit comes with a smart TV so you can login to your streaming subscriptions. Please note that all floors require use of stairs- even the first floor. The brand new washer and dryers are on the first floor and take credit card or online payments. Each unit is allowed one of our free off street parking spots. Additional free parking is available on the street. We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit.
