Rent is $1,450/month with a $1,450 security deposit. Utilities are paid by homeowner and billed back to tenants, and are split evenly amongst top and bottom units. High speed fiber optic internet is included in the rent, as is trash removal.
Each unit has their own washer and dryer. There is a privacy fenced outdoor patio area separated from upstairs tenants' yard to utilize for sitting outside/grilling that can be accessed through the garage and/or side gate.
