It's located in a mature neighborhood and only about 8-10 minutes to downtown. Tenants will enter through the garage and from there your unit will be down one flight of stairs. Everything in the rental is fairly new and was recently renovated in 2022 from top to bottom with new flooring, carpet, paint, and stainless steel appliances.
Rent is $1,300/month with a $1,300 security deposit. Utilities are paid by homeowner and billed back to tenants, and are split evenly amongst top and bottom units. High speed fiber optic internet is included in the rent, as is trash removal.
Each unit has their own washer and dryer. There is a privacy fenced outdoor patio area separated from upstairs tenants' yard to utilize for sitting outside/grilling that can be accessed through the garage and/or side gate.
