Welcome to a unique opportunity to live near Downtown Colorado Springs. There are yoga studios nearby, local eateries, shopping centers as well as bike and hiking paths. Our unique space offers a warehouse feeling in a cozy atmosphere. Our building is near residential and commercial properties surrounded by sidewalks and close to Colorado College and the Fine Arts Center.
The house is unfurnished and has a loft/warehouse feeling with 25-foot ceilings and wood floors. We could partially furnish the house or if you are looking for a furnished house please let us know. We are open to furnishing the house. The main area has beautiful windows and a glass front door that has a view of Pikes Peak. There are three bedrooms and an office/storage for bikes. We have a laundry center and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and stove/oven. We also have two bathrooms with showers. Every evening you come home you will experience a comfortable place to rest and refuel. We are within walking distance from Colorado College.
The Uintah house provides a non-traditional way of life and is one of the most unique buildings in Colorado Springs. We have allowed previous tenants to use the space as a live work space and based on how the space is designed it allows you to have plenty of space. Any combination of live work would have to be approved by the City of COS unless your profession is allowed to work out of a home environment.
