I am about to move out from Park Kiely in early January 2019. I would like somebody to take over my lease. You can directly sign the leasing agreement with Park Kiely leasing office. There are a bunch of facilities in the community, which includes the swimming pool, playground, basketball court, football court, gym, hot tub, and even a small theatre. It is 800 square feet spacious room with a bedroom and a large living room. It is good for single, couple or families. It is within walking distance to supermarkets such as Walmart, Lion City and Mitsuwa, and close to a number of great local restaurants. It is 15 minutes drive from Apple headquarter, and is close to major offices and companies in Cupertino, Saratoga, San Jose and Sunnyvale areas.
