Caltrain station provides connectivity to SF, and is a 5 min walk; bus transit hub to rest of San Jose. WholeFoods (grocery chain) is also just a 10 min walk. Other restaurants, coffee shops are also right around the corner. Parks at walking distance too, if you like outdoors/greenery. Plenty of evening hang out spots for fun and restaurants. Approx. 1 mile from SJSU campus. House: The house has all major appliances like a washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven. Utilities are $500/month (water+electric+gas+trash+internet). I respect other's boundaries and privacy. I value cleanliness. Strictly no smoking inside the house. No hard drugs. You can fill in an application (will share via email).
