This is a very nice basement apartment. I had it on Air B n B before the Covid and it was open of the best rentals on the market being rented 95% of the time. I am a superhoust. But I had to shut it down. So its completely furnished with a really nice kind size bed. Full luxury suit. Wash and Dryer, dishwasher, microwave and range oven, garbage disposal and a nice bathroom. You get one parking spot uncovered onsite. Its a great location - 1 mile to downtown san jose. It includes all utilities (PGE, Water, Trash) PLUS Comcast TV and Netflix included Free. There is even a full size exercise room on the grounds. We have an above grounds pool that is great when its warm. This is a full size one bedroom with an office area. And the TV room is semi private and can double as a small bedroom. This is a safe and secure apartment. Owner lives in the house above. Tenants all know each other and look out for each other since we are near downtown. I will want to relist it on Air B n B eventually so I am looking for someone that is fine with a 1 year lease or even shorter.
