1051 Park Ave Apartments

Nice and remodeled small studio apartment on Park Avenue between Lincoln and Race. It has a separate bedroom with a small bath and a separate kitchen. Owner lives in the house in front. You have access to a weight room (but it may be changed to something else later). There is only one uncovered parking spot and because there is now a bike lane on Park Ave there is no street parking on our side of the street. Hence the one car parking is a strict rule. Guests will have to park on Park Ave (or there is a temporary spot too at the bottom of the stairs) . Laundry is in a separate room next door that you share with the other apartment. Open House the weekend of August 23-24 from 2-6 pm and thereafter by appointment. You can submit an application at any time.
