The Park Apartments

Built in 2018, The Park offers true San Diego living in the wonderful, uptown neighborhood of University Heights. The community’s architecture offers modern and comfortable living as every apartment is designed to have plenty of natural light. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful views of the city while offering privacy and creating your perfect and secluded home. Additionally, there is plenty of natural ventilation and lighting in the common areas of the community, along with roof solar panels, that offset a portion of the building’s core power usage. At the Park, we’re doing our part to protect our environment! An above-ground planter is filled with natural drought tolerant grasses and an olive tree that filters all water that encounters the site. The Park’s residents love the community rooftop as this offers gorgeous 360-degree views of the city.
