The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated rooftop patio with sweeping views of Balboa Park and the city. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, expansive windows also overlooking Balboa Park, a generous closet, and a serene, spa-like en suite bathroom. The third bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, plenty of natural light, a full closet, and its own private bathroom. Fresh linens, quality bedding, and thoughtful design details ensure a restful and stylish stay. One dedicated parking garage is available, plus street parking. Located in the heart of Bankers Hill, this townhome is directly across from the iconic Balboa Park, with its stunning gardens, multiple museums, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. You are within walking distance of farm-to-table restaurants, trendy sushi options, a neighborhood brew pub, and a reservation-only speakeasy. Little Italy, a lively neighborhood known for patio cafes, dozens of renowned restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, and galleries, is less than a fifteen-minute walk away. You are also a short 5 to 10 minute car ride to downtown, Petco Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Bayfront Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Old Town. The famous Hotel Del Coronado and the many beaches and shops that Coronado has to offer are an 11-minute ride away, and Sea World and the beaches of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are a 15-minute ride away. The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on your reservation, and all occupants, including children and infants, are counted. Extra guests will not be permitted to stay past 10:00 PM. A maximum of 3 additional daytime guests are allowed on the premises at any time, and all guests must leave by 10:00 PM.
