While there is plenty of street parking available, the lower unit has access to park in the driveway. The lower unit has a fully fenced backyard, which you may occasionally share with other guests. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. No pets are allowed.
