All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee. Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. EV Charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm) will be the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use. Blazing-fast Gigabit Wi-Fi for remote productivity and a motorized work desk are available for your convenience.
