The back studio kitchenette also has essentials. Enjoy the sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, barbecue, sitting corner, and space to spare. A washer and dryer are in the unit. One free parking spot is available, and street parking is available, but tight on the weekends and evenings. A second parking spot can be purchased if needed. Well-behaved pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything Ocean Beach has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home.
