The HVAC system can heat and cool the house, and a space heater is available in the closet if needed. A landscaper maintains the courtyard a few times per month and may visit on Thursdays or Fridays, entering with a code. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed online prior to check-in. The parking space for one vehicle is located behind the house, accessible through an alley with a rolling wood gate.
