The washer and dryer are shared with a studio unit in the back and are located on the patio. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee per pet. The parking space between the two units is reserved exclusively for you, while studio guests may use street parking only. Stroll to Adam's Avenue to enjoy craft coffee and cocktails, lively local eateries, and live music. Normal Heights is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in San Diego, offering unique shopping, nightlife, and family-friendly spots. Trolley Barn Park, a beautiful playground and park, is just a short drive away. The beaches are also nearby, with the closest one just a 15-minute drive away. The house includes an additional guest studio in the back, which is completely detached with no shared walls. Street parking can be challenging at times, so be mindful of street sweeping days to avoid parking tickets. The washer and dryer are located on the patio of the guest studio and are the only shared aspect of the property. The HVAC system can heat and cool the house, and a space heater is available in the closet if needed. A landscaper maintains the courtyard a few times per month and may visit on Thursdays or Fridays, entering with a code. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed online prior to check-in. The parking space for one vehicle is located behind the house, accessible through an alley with a rolling wood gate. The remote to open the gate is inside the house and should be left there upon check-out. Trash cans are located in the front right corner of the house, behind a white gate with code 112.
