3487 Del Rey St Apartments

I'm traveling for the next 3-6 months. I'm not trying to make a profit so just want my rent covered. Close to everything! 5 North and 5 South are closer than a blink. 5-minute walk to arguably the best Sushi, Thai and Fish Tacos in San Diego. Balcony with a view 5-minute walk to Mission Bay. I have two beach cruisers, an easily inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard , several beach chairs, a Toucan and/or Flamingo floaties. Across the road is Mission Bay Golf Course (it's only a 9-hole ) and feel free to use the clubs on the porch but they're nothing special. You're in luck!... there's the rare and elusive working Air Conditioning AND heating....that you're probably not going to need. I love Plants (and animals duh) but since I'm out of town I need you to water. Just a little water for each plant one once a week. If ones dies or whatever then don't stress, it's on me.
