This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a large living room and a backyard area to enjoy the sunshine. The bedrooms include a king-size bed in the first bedroom and queen-size beds in the second and third bedrooms. The common area offers a queen-sized air mattress and a couch. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Pets must be on a leash when they are in the front yard and in the neighborhood. South Park is a charming residential area with popular neighborhood restaurants ranging from innovative vegan food to upmarket Italian eats. Tree-lined Fern and 30th streets, the main thoroughfares, are home to indie boutiques and cafes, while nearby Grape Street Dog Park offers views over the downtown skyline. South Park is very walkable, but a car is the best way to get around San Diego. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car. Guests have access to the entire house and backyard area, except for the locked garage. Although self-check-in is provided for a completely contactless experience, assistance is available for any questions prior to and during your stay. For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera and a camera for the backyard and driveway. San Diego requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. There is a $500 fine for smoking of any kind on the property. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. You will be fined for excessive trash. Furniture must be moved back before departure and all doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home.
