Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. No more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside, and noise complaints constitute a violation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed without written authorization. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
