Guests will have access to the entire property, but there is no garage parking available. No smoking inside the unit with a $600 minimum additional odor removal fee. Backyard hours are 8 AM to 10 PM to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance. Clean the lint trap before using the dryer and clean makeup off your face before using towels. Nothing besides toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
