Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve the property. Check-in is 4 PM or later, with instructions sent via email the morning of your stay. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises, and doing so will result in eviction and possible law enforcement involvement. The property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas, and evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort, with quiet hours daily from 10 PM to 8 AM.
