Enjoy a private entrance through the gate marked "B" and a large shaded patio with a beautiful garden and seating area. Step inside to find a bright yellow door welcoming you into an open living space featuring a brown leather couch with boho accents, dining for two, and a kitchenette. The bedroom space, with a comfortable queen bed and large closet, is seamlessly integrated with the living area, creating a perfect, intimate setting for a couples' getaway. The bathroom is adorned with delightful pink sunset-inspired accents, adding a touch of whimsy to your stay. While the unit doesn't have a full kitchen, you'll have access to countertop appliances including an air fryer, Keurig, tea kettle, and hot plate. A fridge and freezer are also available for your convenience. We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees plus tax will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. City parking is available, but there is no on-site parking. Guests must find available street parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. Parking in the alley behind the unit is not permitted. This neighborhood is popular among young professionals and artists due to its lively arts scene, array of local craft breweries, trendy restaurants, and coffee shops. North Park is also recognized for its walkability, bike friendliness, and easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to get around without a car. The vicinity of Polk Avenue is primarily residential but is close to major streets like University Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard, which are lined with shops, eateries, and services. Guests should expect some noise typical of urban neighborhoods, adding to the authentic city experience. Guests are asked to be mindful of outdoor noise during quiet hours. The main house and casita each have a private fenced entrance; guests should use their designated entrance to enter and exit the property. Guests in the casita will not have access to the large trash bins, as these are within the fenced area of the main unit. Trash can be disposed of in a metal outdoor trash can. If the trash becomes full during their stay, guests should alert our team to coordinate its removal. We offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. Our property is professionally managed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. For urgent issues after hours, we provide a 24/7 emergency line, ensuring support whenever you need it. Important House Rules: Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 4.
