This charming condo offers a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. The compact kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for light cooking, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Located in a prime San Diego location, this condo is just steps from Mission Bay and Bayside Walk, where you can enjoy peaceful strolls, biking, or paddleboarding along the calm bayfront path. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted, and the use of loud music or outdoor speakers is prohibited. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. No pets are allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
