Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, central AC, Wi-Fi, and TV. Self check-in is available with a keypad for your convenience. The condo includes free secure underground parking with two spaces. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Hillcrest, this condo offers easy access to San Diego's attractions. A short walk takes you to Little Italy and Balboa Park, while the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Coronado Island, and La Jolla Shores are just a short drive away. The San Diego International Airport is approximately 3 miles away, making travel convenient. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Any loud noise levels have a strict 9 PM curfew, and noise complaints can result in termination of the stay without refund. There is a $500 fine for smoking of any kind on the property. No pets are allowed. The outdoor area/patio is not available for use and incurs a $200 fine from the HOA if accessed. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. A ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door, recording video and audio. Guests must sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Registration Number: STR-02870
